First of all, congratulations and welcome to PV FiT club

Since your system just T&C, all depends on your local TNB speed, normally within 3 months you will get 1st payment. The 1st payment will pay from the date of T&C to the day TNB took your meter reading.
The 1st invoice will stated previous reading date as your T&C date and reading zero
*
Do you mean three months from the commissioning date or three months after receiving the advice payment notice?

me 9k Canadian panel + 2x single phase 4.2kw ABB UNO inverter
generated 1305 kWh last month.
16-Feb to 17-Mar, 29 days
1305 kWh / 9k / 29 day
= 5.0 hour per day average.
*
why yours so high? is it the location of the panel?

Where is your location?

This is solar radiation map. You can see which area has high radiation. Typically northern and penang has good solar radiation

shah alam, unless greenenergy is at penang, or have some cooling system installed. i dont know how he can get that reading. canada solar seem to have high temperature coefficient some more.

how to calculate the hour/day?

Why do we calculate it this way for comparison?
*
let say you panel is 12kw and during 30 days it produce 1500kwh, so per day it produce 50kwh. 50kwh/12kw =4.167kwh/kwp - is your indication, higher number mean better performance.

Yours performance is ok.
Please take note which energy reading you take? From inverter? From TNB meter?
For sure, TNB meter is more accurate and meaningful.
I found all inverter readings are higher than TNB meter. There is no point to show off inverter reading
*
mine my tnb meter as that is more accurate.

For mine - it was included by the service provider - 5 years free with option to add later on....
*
so it is an add-on by the supplier, not from the insurance company
