Complaint Title : Unreasonable Charges
There is Unreasonable Charges to me for receiving unknown sms.
The SMS is send by 220400 (Phone Number) & every sms cost RM4.00
It's already send 32sms to me and charging me RM128.00
It's also make my phone get bared & unable to call unless i paid.
Digi advice me to pay, which i conform that i been scammed.
It's few minutes send the junk sms to spam my phone.
Digi said they are not responsible & they push to Everest Mobile Sdn. Bhd. (03-80622285)
Hence, i also called Everest Mobile Sdn. Bhd. they don't want refund.
I call back to Digi, they said not their problem.
Digi say i subscribe their service, that which i did not.
Digi will ban my phone unless I paid digi, hence i cannot call out.
Tindakan yang telah diambil oleh pengadu:
Sudah Lapor kepada SKMM,CFM dan BPA
Tindakan yang dikehendaki dari agensi:
Minta supaya (Digi Comunication Sdn. Bhd. atau Everest Mobile Sdn. Bhd.) kembalikan wang tipuan sebanyak RM128
Talian pengadu 0123456789 atau emel qwertyuiop@gmail.com.
2. Sehubungan itu, kerjasama tuan juga dipohon untuk mengemukakan status tindakan yang diambil terus kepada pengadu dan disalinkan kepada Biro Pengaduan Awam dalam tempoh 5 hari bekerja.
