wei jgn ikot sangat benda nie... imej die masih ada problem lagi....lepas capture picture masok pc mesti ada bintik2 ....kawan aku yg port kamera mod nie rizal lovins....die akan update kamera nie lagi ...sebab banyak bug sweep panorama 3d dah hilang.......aku cadangkan ko tuka ke niaboc punya camera mod tu lagi berfungsi...yg kawan ku punya cybershot tu memang lagging tp memang ada improvement....

Aku ada try cyber-shot mod ver. 5.1.1 tu.. Lag lah.. Pastu try downgrade ver 4.7.2 aku rasa mcm ok sket... Pasni nak try yg xv camera yg niaboc port plak.. Nak tgk jadi mcm mana... Ahehehe kesudahannya app camera zoom fx gak yg aku selalu pakai... Cyber-shot 5.1.1 mod tu lambat benor nak focus..

Kalo mcm tu aku stay ngan ver 4.7 dulu... Kuciwa ngan ver 5.1.1... Nanti dah ade version baru... Baru tukar balik

Just do it like this, Before restart your phone to CWM. Just go to Settings > Apps > All,, and then find your Camera and Clear Cache. Then proceed to CWM, wipe all things required and flash it.

As for safety precaution better get rooted first...As you need root access to change the permission in system file

Yes ive noticed that since first time read the thread in xda. Actually in my SD Card contains both zip file from Niaboc and the one with HDR v5.1.1 ....Until now im still satisfied with this one so if i think i need to change, i will re-flash it later....I found the the contrast and color handling from is better with HDR push-ups

Backup everything using "Backup & Restore" apps...Connect to PC with companion installed, hit Repair...
Hope it helps....If not, just do factory reset....

JB will hit Ion maybe in February or mid-March

Maybe later i will try the supercharger script....Its quite fun actually as its follows an easy steps, just use script load...
No need flashing....Better backup my phone in CWM first i think

hihi, am currently using Xperia Arc, so far so good, but I'm tempted to get another one, Xperia Ion. Would like to get advise from you all, how is the phone working so far and is thr any problem? Camera, memory or any other prob? Sony centres now having promo, spotted at a very reasonable price now... Please share your opinions please

using xperia ion about 2 months now... everything is good and adequate except for the battery (have to charge daily) and camera (quite lagging maybe bcoz of firmware)

Same thing being asked and commented everytime, battery life...

Once ive got my hands on smartphone(android), i never put my expectation on it to have like, 2 days battery life....Its not logical...Big screen, 1GB Memory, Data Network mode 24/7 with Social Apps notifications, dont even think about it...Normal smartphone with 1800mAH battery capacity and below will normally alive 10-14 Hours max...

This Ion problem with battery life is just some errors on latest firmware update...If u want it fixed, then unlock your BL and get rooted, flash the previous version 6.1.E.2.68 firmware...Soo much improved

My phone if Data Network mode Disabled, just GSM all the time, can last roughly about 40 Hours with just texting and shortcalls, no game, some camera....With 6.1.E.3.7

I just got x.ion,this is very good quality phone no plastic feel like Samsung,,4.0.4 running smooth,picture quality tip top,battery life normal as every PDA.I like it.
Only it feel hot quite fast.I hav two Q,
1.after insert micro USB to the phone(top left),I can feel it is a bit loose mean it can fluctuate a bit left n right,is it normal?
2.my headphone attach show not support after insert?

1) Thats normal, i have touched 3 Ions myself, all of them are the same...The mini usb connector a bit loose

2) Thats abnormal, what headphone do you use? Try to use Sony headphone first, then another brand...
If both gives the same error, try do Factory Reset...If still the same, Warranty
