Net profit for FY14 Q1 5.792 million
Net profit for Fy13 Q1 2.872 million

I think net profit more than doubled.

Yeah, results not bad.

Especially Q1 has always been a seasonally weak quarter.



Trailing EPS = 9 sen

Cash increased by 7 mil to 42 mil. Not bad.

i wanna ask, is HLbroking a good online trading broker? plan to switch from cimb itrade to hlbroking, lower brokerage..

Brokerage fee is not my main criteria.
Service is much more important.

Getting the lowest brokerage but a buggy system/setup/service is not my cup of kopi-o.

having said that, I have never traded with HLB before.
So cannot comment more.

What is important for you in a broker?

hmm, lower brokerage fee, especially on foreign trading. itrade is too expensive, buying hk stock minimum per transaction is like hkd150 include everything.. i invest small amount only, capital kecik haha..

oh also, can transfer into trading account via online, no need over the counter, cos i think my place only have kenanga, cimb, maybank investment bank..
