Redtone i also didn't notice, but analyst keep promoting and recently their business turnaround receive positive feedback

I like the business model, the way they develop Setia Alam and apply to another future development. I'll rate them no.1 property developer in Malaysia. They are going for high-end property which not much of competition on-going.

After the incident of Khazanah Voluntary offer, many investor lost confidence and worry that Tan Sri Liew will left the company and cause a earthquake of the structure. Khazanah have no choice but to offer such scheme to retain the top talent, even though i don't like the scheme but tend to look at long term, the company will facing hard for its sustainability if the top talent left in one shot

My top 3 favourite stock at the moment - Axiata, Hartalega and SPSetia.

I bought SP Setia months ago, when it drop to 3.1-3.2. Attended its AGM and find its future prospect is really good among other developer. From its business strategy, they are shifting to high-end properties, less competition in this area. Just my 2 cent ahhhh

Now i understand why Uncle Buffett says, choose the top in the industry, there must be a reason for them to climb at this rank.
