Last time , I love to play M & A stocks , but now I do not .

The main reason is  I find out  , most M & A are like having boy and girl relationships , very fragile to break away, and later maybe reunion  again  Lot of guessing n waiting  here and there. Now u see and next u do not kinda thing..

Interesting is that the stock moved well ahead during May b4 earnings was released end May...
Yea as they say...
stock ran ahead if the earning news.....   

Fundamentally...
It was the earnings season..
The earnings coincided with the big jump in earnings....
If you just based on a q-q basis and compare the trailing earnings...
For May, earnings jumped from 14+ to 19+ million.
A very big jump.
This is why I think explains the big jump in stock price. 

And it also explains where and why we are now. 

I saw your big name pop up at the other thread about this stock.

Since May, if I may ( ), the pop in earnings is not quite the same...
The wow factor is not the same as earlier.
Latest ttm is 20.642m
The previous ttm is 19.374m
The previous was 14+ million...

In a sense, your description is exactly precise.
Growth is still there but it's minimal and steady.

However, it could be interesting actually.
Because there is no big bump in earnings, the stock price like the earnings is consolidating.....

If the earnings bumps like what we witnessed in May...
we could possibly see another big jump in stock price....
if not......

If you look at the quarterly earnings on the average the company make about 2 - 3 million per quarter.
Way too small in numbers.
Rather Mickey Mouse leh.
