Asus N550JV using GT750m(DDR3) which limit the bandwidth to 28.8 GB/s and bottleneck the performance of GT750m.
It should use the GT750m(GDDR5) like Y500/Y400 with 80 GB/s bandwidth.

Is it confirmed the screen is IPS? I tried to google for it but not much info on this laptop. Can only find the touch screen version.

The newer vaios have nvidia cards
Can look for them in the catalog-1st page

Still B&O, but changed to 4 smaller speaker, relocated to palmrest, downward firing..
and no mSATA slot.

ha, lets see what Asus Malaysia bring to us, that GPU picture is from China, not Malaysia Set, but very high possible they have bring in GT 750M with DDR3 T.T

even if it is me, i will never fall for ASUS, unless they improve their after sales service a lot.

i checked it from my workplace. it is DDR3.

Actually Z400 (non-touch) version already cannot find in the market since ages, but not sure why all guru here still recommend it.

I just take a look at czone laptop brochure, only z400 touch is available, but z500 (non-touch) still got, same goes to hikari85.
