update on ASUS 15.6 laptop. ASUS N550JV-CN077H (successor of ASUS N56VZ) is released and priced at RM3699. the Specs :

unit no longer comes with black chiclet keyboards, instead it is aluminium coloured with white backlit lightning. the monitor cover is dark grey with brushed aluminium look and the ASUS logo is illuminated too.

there is one but it is i5-4200U based, GT740M, 750GB and HD touch screen.

the highest spec of it has full HD touch screen but it is not available at the moment.

the N550JV screen that i said is matte based. only touch screen units are glossy based.

and good thing is, they are IPS panels.

devour means the best spec of N550 is not released in malaysia yet.

this is not the one. the shop im working at also selling this, but it is non-touch screen version. the highest spec comes with touch screen.

they have IPS matte for non touch screen versions only, IPS glossy for touch screen versions.

the spec is almost like Lenovo and the weight too
do you think it worth the price?

Lenovo will worth the price more than ASUS. if you buy ASUS, you just invested on a useless blu-ray drive and studier build only.
