Haha, Thank You sifu T.J smile.gif will go and research for all of the above  thumbup.gif but I feel like my dad is a bit onto the Asus Zenbook  sweat.gif
*
zenbook is a bit overpriced for SSD version. but if you can negotiate, try ask for the lowest price, as the price tag of SSD version zenbook is around RM3700. sweat.gif

if can, i would also recommend the best choice, the dell XPS 13. its quite light, good specs, good warranty support and more business look. if not, the toshiba is also a good choice, as it has 3 years warranty support. smile.gif

im not sure about fujitsu though, cuz lots of people at here are not familiar with fujitsu. also, the options that fujitsu have is not much. the illegear and macbook is overpriced but if you can negotiate, negotiate with the seller for the best price. for the GT640M/650M, 650M is still sufficient for next gen games but the GT640M wont. anyhow, your options :

ASUS G55VW-S1216H, i7-3630QM +Nvidia GTX660M (2GB) + (1920x1080)@RM3999[3.78kg], 4GB, 1TB(5400rpm), W8
ASUS N56VZ-S4284H, i7-3630QM + Nvidia GT650M + (1920x1080) + Bluray@RM3699[2.7kg][B&O], 4GB, 1TB, W8; color: black
Lenovo Ideapad Y500, i7-3630QM + Nvidia GT650M + (1920x1080)@RM3799, 4GB, 500GB, W8; GN36 exGPU, 120W & 170W AC adapter
MSI GE60, i7-3610QM + Nvidia GTX660M + (1920x1080; anti-glare) + Bluray@RM4199, 8GB, 1TB(7200rpm), W7HP, 2 years warranty, gaming mouse & backpack, Free SteelSeries QCK Mass mousepad
Sager NP6350, i5-3210M + Nvidia GTX660M + (1920x1080)@RM3899, 8GB, 500(7200rpm), FreeDOS [CPU Options: i5-3210M - i7-3840QM] (offered by illegear)

if you want light gaming with integrated graphics, its better to choose those with intel HD4000. i will suggest those with ultrabooks (since you want lightweight) price tag at least RM3500

After checking through, I'm guessing one of the best that would fit in my category would be Lenovo Yoga 13. Any opinion on it?
*
the only option is core i5 with 128GB SSD. if you want more options and able to light-mid gaming, the better suggestion is Dell Inspiron 14z. it is not too heavy, maybe bring along adapter will be around 2.2kg.

Have some doubts on some models in the catalog
Some of them do not have SSD but labelled as 'Ultrabook'

'Qualified' to be?
*
still qualified to be an ultrabook as long as the weight of the laptop is equal to 2kg (w/o adapter) or less. also, ultrabooks batteries are non-removable but replaceable (means their removal is not convenient as consumer line laptops do).

lenovo y580 is phased out in malaysia, except if you want those grey imports. your options :

ASUS A45VS-VX026H, i5-3210M + Nvidia GT645M@RM2199[2.4kg], 2GB, 500GB, W8
Dell New Inspiron 14R, i5-3337U + Nvidia GT730M + (1366x768;touch)@RM2099[2.33kg], 4GB, 750GB(5400rpm), Linux; W8@RM2399

i can even render a full hd video with my elitebook 6930p, which is an old core 2 duo p8700 processor, without graphics card. just the time taken for completion is a bit long compared to those newer processor (w/o graphics card).

Dell have good laptops for the same price but with lower specs. sad.gif
I found out that Lenovo gives the best specs for my budget biggrin.gif
So might stick with G480 or Z480 (looks better with better graphics)~
*
so far the best and cheap spec for dell is the New Inspiron 14R with GT730M. even though it has ULV CPU and touch display, it is still capable of gaming. biggrin.gif

is there any other choice
since i am not looking for a gaming laptop???
i saw asus k 75, i know it is over my budget(or i am not)
what does you guys think of this lappy?
*
specs wise, it is worse than the lenovo y500. the graphics card equipped is GT630M, while the lenovo is GT650M. but what sounds great is the K75 is a 17" screen while the y500 is 15.6"

ask the sales agent how many years warranty does he provide. ask him is it under lenovo, approved distributor or private distributor. also ask him is the warranty of the accessories separated or else.

Lenovo Z500 - best for bang of buck
Toshiba L850 - longest warranty support
Dell Inspiron 15R SE - best warranty support and good specifications (not as great as the Z500)

for me, i would say Z500 is the best choice.

the model has been phased out and im worry that most shops dont have that model. if you want, you can purchase another variant, the Y500 with swappable ODD for SLI or expand storage.
