maxis don entertain walk in as i've tried tis morning, but was told by the customer service frm 123 that walk in is able to get it by 7am tis morning

I booked 32gb for today collection. But sadly when i go to maxis centre they told me my phone stil not yet delivered to them.. only 16gb available. damn

With all de feedback, I think maxis screw up again...they shall have plan well, what is the inventory coming in vs prebook quantity ma....with confirmation of prebook, but walk in to maxis centre and been told ur unit was not arrive yet. Wtf? Then wat the purpose of prebook?

the maxis staff at ecurve told me this time apple gave them 6000 units only for initial launch, then maxis bising, apple gave another 3000 for whole malaysia.

then i asked can we buy extra unit outright like all the previous years, then he said this time strictly no from management (unlike last year), all unit allocated ngam ngam from online prebook, not a single unit extra coz stock very limited especially gold. but how some of you didn't get your phone after prebook, maybe they screwed up at some centres sold out-right when they shouldn't because all allocated.

then i asked when can a customer walk-in buy a unit, he said 100% no for this launch, have to wait next batch.

setia city mall...i have feeling units all reserve to big outlet eg KLCC, MV
those dealers get ntg although they are successful prebookers but maxis not allocate to them on 1st batch

see...thats why i say units only reserve to big outlet tell us no stock but ppl keep taking phone from KLCC/MV etc

agree, but if so maxis should not send confirmation sms ask collect yesterday at any outlet.
at least if they manage properly many unhappy things can avoid

yes, i received both sms and email, but was told by Maxis ask ignore it until Setia city mall maxis call me
they say even i go also no stock, and i went setia ask the staffs told me maxis not deliver any single unit to them yet ask me complaint to maxis
