If somehow Sony made a very unwise decision to put a hefty price tag for Z, we should start a petition to get the price lower..

if possible do fully review the device here..
btw will you be handling the final product or still another test unit?

bring a hammer to sony centre and ask can test the glass or not..then bang the heck out of it.

Will be going for Z. the glass back might not be an issue for me. however i prefer to have an invisible armour around it, just so that the glass won't have mini scratches..

Z's speaker is where ZL's shutter button is.

Clove Technology covered this in his hands on.
Well, we might have to adopt with the feel, or hold it another way..

News that was released yesterday,

Sony Japan will release a port to charge Xperia Z smartphone via Xperia Z Tablet

Sudden realization...
As I mentioned before, the Z's speaker location is at the same location where the shutter button on ZL..
Meanwhile, the ZL speaker is at the bottom of the phone..
I went googling around and noticed..
There are no dock for ZL...
As if the phone were to have a dock, won't the speaker be covered by the docking itself?

junsheng, if the ZL is to release in Malaysia , then I think both bundle will be standardized, which mean, there might be no docking included in Z's bundle...

This are only my thoughts..

Hope Sony won't disappoint ZL's fan with no docking for it..
Don't only focus on Z and leave ZL in the shadow..huhu..

Just went bugging around at Sony Centre here in Queensbay..
The moment I stepped in, the ad for Xperia Z play on the TV beside me..
The salesman came asking what i was looking for, I simply pointed to the TV and ask is any demo unit here yet..
He said not a single promo item for the phone is here yet, not even pricing for the phone..
So I asked him, when will any stock in Penang or Malaysia will be available?

His answer....

IMO, i think there might be some screwing parts they didn't show us..cause if the back cover is simple to open and close , how do they achieve the IP55/57 rating..

So far I'm seeing price ranging from 1899-2399..
As because the phone have high specification, I do doubt that the price might be below 2k..
However if we can get patient enough, the price might drop when samseng s4 is released.

This is docomo's price..
Malaysia's price are usually lower than others..
If compare like that, all phone would actually be expensive..
I attempt to see the price for current GS3 on ntt docomo, it gives the price 71,400yen which is RM2389, whilst ours are currently RM1999..
So don't worry.. like me, I set my expectation and budget to rm2399, so that if the price is lower, I will have change to buy accesories for the phone..
