QUOTE(Fairview @ Jul 24 2016, 01:15 PM) Understand a unit in the actual site. However you could not view your own particular unit due to safety reason. Ahh.. noted. Checked with the sales agent and she shared me a few pics of the new show unit you mentioned. Below are some of the pics:Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(Eric_Chua @ Aug 22 2016, 10:52 PM) Congrats to all the bro and sis that brought a unit here.I must say every corner i drove at pandan, maluri, shamelin , i saw this landmark project, especially the Ulu park catching my pokemon. Just out of curiosity; I like the catching pokemon part. 😂😂1)Will all the rundown shoplot will be cleared for more and more mixed development as such, since S.Star has benchmark the game here and followed by sky@shamelin. 2)Will the 1shamelin mall revamp into better mall? 3)Can the owner here have a voice to suggest to developer to bring in more reputable F&B operator e.g McD,Starbucks,Texas, etc.to cheer the S.Star.? If the developer rep. is in this thread hope you can feedback:thumbs: I also like the item number 3 mentioned. Still wondering what kind of shops that Shamelin Star will bring in.. |

QUOTE(Fairview @ Aug 24 2016, 10:52 AM) The Developer is doing their best to attract quality tenants for their retails lot. They realised the importance of getting quality tenants as it will have a big impact on the success of SS. Hopefully they will make announcements of the list of tenants before the handling over of the keys. Personally they should be able to secure quality tenants as the location of SS is excellent and also there are 600 units of apartments here which provide a pool of ready customers. +1 Hopefully we can get the keys by this year.. |

Let's pray that all nice people will be staying there. Some of us for own stay like me have family with children hope for good and safe environment for them to live in.
It is good to debate, because from debates we can know what to take note of and where we can improve. I hope when it is completed, we can have a community to address the issues stated in this forum or from other residents. Cheers guys. Have a pleasant weekend everyone. |

QUOTE(amlhm @ Sep 20 2016, 11:30 AM) [attachmentid=7568097] Oh my.. its the bathroom?? Hi guys, after looking at the pics somemore, btw thanks to lepatliat, I realised that the window in red box above is the window for Bathroom2 for my Type D layout. The window is too low, it looks like less than 6 feet high. One can peep into the bathroom from the balcony, or when the window is open wide and jutting out the sharp edges can be of safety concern. Normally windows for bathroom are built nearest to the ceiling, does anyone know why this one is built oddly low? I tot it is the small office window. Or is it different according to apartment types? QUOTE(amlhm @ Sep 25 2016, 10:16 AM) Does anyone have the contact details of the show unit? Somehow when i need it cant seem to find any.. Lol I think we can call the developer's office to schedule a time to view. But if not mistaken, we need to take the man-lift to go up to the show unit since it is in the actual building (on-site)Are they open on Sundays? |
