Understand a unit in the actual site. However you could not view your own particular unit due to safety reason.

Congrats to all the bro and sis that brought a unit here.I must say every corner i drove at pandan,maluri,shamelin , i saw this landmark project, especially the Ulu park catching my pokemon. Just out of curiosity;

1)Will all the rundown shoplot will be cleared for more and more mixed development as such, since S.Star has benchmark the game here and followed by sky@shamelin.

2)Will the 1shamelin mall revamp into better mall?

3)Can the owner here have a voice to suggest to developer to bring in more reputable F&B operator e.g McD,Starbucks,Texas,etc.to cheer the S.Star.? If the developer rep. is in this thread hope you can feedback:thumbs:

Understand the developer is working hard to attract quality and reputable tenants for SS retail shops.

The Developer is doing their best to attract quality tenants for their retails lot. They realised the importance of getting quality tenants as it will have a big impact on the success of SS. Hopefully they will make announcements of the list of tenants before the handling over of the keys. Personally they should be able to secure quality tenants as the location of SS is excellent and also there are 600 units of apartments here which provide a pool of ready customers.

Hi guys, after looking at the pics somemore, btw thanks to lepatliat, I realised that the window in red box above is the window for Bathroom2 for my Type D layout. The window is too low, it looks like less than 6 feet high. One can peep into the bathroom from the balcony, or when the window is open wide and jutting out the sharp edges can be of safety concern. Normally windows for bathroom are built nearest to the ceiling, does anyone know why this one is built oddly low?

Does anyone have the contact details of the show unit? Somehow when i need it cant seem to find any.. Lol
Are they open on Sundays?
