Anyone got good loan offer from the banks? Heard most banks only give maximum BLR-2.3 for loan amount less than RM300k. Any bank give Better rate? Pls share. Tq

Like all. SOHO projects, though it is commercial title, banks will treat it like residential thus one will get maximum loan of 90% for those with less than 2 loans (for real commercial projects maximum loan would be 85%) and only 70% for those with 2 or more loans. Anybody managed to get more than 70%? I kena hit 70%. That is why my loan amount is less than RM300k.

Any update news for this new project? How was the sales? BBB again?

They are both reputable brands, so should be ok. Anyway SA has already informed me of the change before I booked the unit. At least they are very transparent. Going to sign S&P today.
