Progress looks good!
However, feel a bit disappointed with the corridor, looks narrow and the aluminium louvre doesnt look like one.
Anyone remember seeing below in red box at the sales gallery? I remembered it as the unique selling point, the airwell/balcony will be blocked off from view for privacy purposes. Hopefully its still work in progress and the outcome will look better!

Hi guys, after looking at the pics somemore, btw thanks to lepatliat, I realised that the window in red box above is the window for Bathroom2 for my Type D layout. The window is too low, it looks like less than 6 feet high. One can peep into the bathroom from the balcony, or when the window is open wide and jutting out the sharp edges can be of safety concern. Normally windows for bathroom are built nearest to the ceiling, does anyone know why this one is built oddly low?

Not me...
It's a bit odd tho, normally Letter of Demand is sent via registered mail, not email.
Better check with TNB or developer, might be spam or con.

Beside ikea, any furniture shop to recommend?
*
Yup, taobao. Use ezbuy prime, 1 shipment is rm8.80, regardless of total number/size/weight of items.
Can fill up the whole house with cheap China products. thumbsup.gif

There are many sellers on taobao. Any reputable seller with good quality products?

So far the quality okla. Just read the reviews and only select those sellers with good review..

I.think advance payment.. but.I tot.normally.developer that.appoint maintenance.team will.charge it.after.vp.first.month? Confirm.all facilities are.ready.to.use?'if.no.then.charge.the.developer for not ready the.common.area..
*
Ya, it is for 3 months from 9/12/16-8/3/17.
rm950 / 3 month / 720sqf = 44cents per sf.
In SPA it is mentioned 29cents psf.. confused.gif

Those who collected the keys how is the workmanship ?
*
Mine the workmanship is great with minor defects. (Touchwood) No electricity and water yet tho.
However having headache with the power plug points (too few) and lightings (too many) and ceiling fan (too near the lights).
I plan to move in by end Jan or Feb.. hopefully can thumbsup.gif

Hi, does anyone know if there is any broadband available for subscription at shamelin star?
Checked with TM, no unifi coverage.
Checked with building mgmt office, was told none. But saw advert for Kingdom Network. zzz
