again, the show room is still very slow progress...

not sure bro, but for your info,
lido at cheras loke yew junction sold at 550-600psf and 70% sold, leasehold as well.
another just 200 meter next to cheras pertama MRT station sold about 500-600psf also sold more than 50%, leasehold as well.

face it, price at cheras, nearby kl area has gone up. (i mean new project)

agree, but this shamelin commercial still not matured as loke yew and cheras pertama. and the MRT thing is like 2017.

hard to choose between leasehold and location.

i dont see any reason for them to sell cheaper.

Landmark got track record to develop residential units? All I know is they are ex-Sg Wang owners and that's it. Other than that, dormont until now. Their so called big project in Bintan also didnt take off after so many years.

Some write up here but can google easily also. But these are all old info under previous management. Now new management and new shareholders so beware. Been quite dormont since the new guys took over.
