lido at cheras loke yew junction sold at 550-600psf and 70% sold, leasehold as well.
another just 200 meter next to cheras pertama MRT station sold about 500-600psf also sold more than 50%, leasehold as well.

face it, price at cheras, nearby kl area has gone up. (i mean new project)

for 700sf 2 rooms and 2 carparks and 400K, believe it or not, it will fully sold before it launch.

i dont see any reason for them to sell cheaper.

next time i will open a company name "Glomac Home"

never saw the plan and layout before.
600+ psf, previously i thought is landmark, should be reasonable...
now find out that is "landmark zone".....then

if 450psf i will que up and grad a unit.
