Is D'Alamanda better? The price of it is also very high right?

are LYNers reali organising group buy here? if yes, count me in

RM390 ( huge size) to 460( smaller size) psf

the location is much better than "shamelin star" and security is very good.

The only advantage of shamelin is "soho" & possible low entry price like rebate/dibs

For all the taiko here, how do you guys compare this project with bayu indah jaya which is nearer to lrt and also cheaper psf.

shamelin expressway is 150m away from this development and bayu pandan jaya. will it affect your decision?

There have been so much talk of group purchase but nobody has taken the initiative to organize it.

developer do not entertain group purchase, someone has taken intiative and got the answer already

nowaday middle cost projects is getting very good response. developer full of confident to sell their products

the news i got is too many have registered for this proj, so group buy is not an attractive option to the developer, soft launch is within the next 2 months, and price is not confirmed yet
