Please double check your PPPoe username n password is correct,
or reconfirm the details with Time customer service.

I have no problem at all to setup connection every time I factory reset my ac86u after upgrade firmware.
TIME no need vlan tag, so if PPPoe username n password is correct, surely have connection.

Latest firmware as at July 2020 oh. so awkward.
Ya you try to factory reset it and start over again? I have no problem nod.gif
