not sure but I guess they changed the rules perhaps as many are complaining they dont get the email within 24 hours now probably is directly issue you the slip? I printed it in PDF already.

I tried with Chrome just now, loaded since morning and stuck at that submission page, so I just do my stuff and once a while switch to the tab and try click a while, surprised me that it just went thru just now when I last tried.
