So it seems that there is some problem with the SQL cause if we didn't keyed in the same input, we shouldn't get the same error.

data 25 tu bahagian broadband subscription.
u must complete that.
social site can be left blank.
i think u shouldnt ask for what kind of broadband u subscribed.
