the site just show me the window says thank you.
after I hit ok, the window gone and Im still at that declaration page..
am I successful submitted my form or not?

tried using firefox? some ppl say better using IE/fifefox..
im using chrome btw..  

might be problem with their server also..u filling as student or worker?
