nothing issued with my customer that buy US set at this moment so far for claim any warranty...even their warranty can update in lenovo website just using normal shop receipt....In lenovo website they never mention receipt/invoice must totally 100% from lenovo only? they just ask for proof of purchase and dealer stamp only....
the problem for some customer dont get any support or less support...bcoz they dont bring any receipt/invoice as proof of purchase...even normal shop invoice not provide...u think they care where u buy it? u want buy from China, Singapore or what that is no problem with them...the problem if u want get support just bring invoice...bcoz their procedure like that....if not confirm get less support!
this for Lenovo Ideapad series...i think for all model ideapad...
pls dont compare with toshiba,hp, dell etc...
thats my 2 cents!
go ask my buyer if u not trust me...
