I'm more concerned the current hissing unit will cause problem to your phone later.

Anyway, some users here are ignoring though because their chargers are still charging well except for the hissing sound. If I were you I will change. Original SME units only cover 6 months for accessories, just for your information.

Galaxy Note 2 warranty mana boleh over, not even 1 year in our market. Unless you are referring to Note 1. Then wrong thread bro

I think he is at the correct thread, he just wants to confirm that Note 2 comes with NFC unlike his Note 1.

Mine failed to charge late last month. That time only used for 1 1/2 months. No hissing sound but suddenly can't charge anymore.
Got it changed and luckily also no hissing sound. Phew.

If you want to go to SC, go to those less crowded one like in Cheras and 1U.
The one in Jln 222 and LYP, I'm afraid you will vomit blood...

When i charged my phone overnight, i can hear the hissing sound the next day morning when the phone is fully charged. Is that normal?

If the sound do comes..just let it be. When it near 6 months the go change for a new one..save your time and travel...lolz

Ya I know because I went 3 times to LYP SC to change my charger adapter, I went back home empty-handed. There were just too many people. I really doubt Samsung's QC.

Bwahaha..yeah..both explode charger came from non-hissing one. Maybe the air pressure in the non-hissing charger built up so high till it explode. So..better let your charger whistle all night long to keep the pressure low...ehh
