Any SC quite the same..you just have to pick the right time.
Best to go early in the morning where the queue not long and most important thing is early morning normally the staff the still fresh and friendly.
You try go at lunch hours or in the evening..be prepared for long queue and moody/grumpy staff due to working stress laugh.gif

you're using original micro simcard or potong from standard simcard.? Sometimes potong one can have problem if wrongly cut.

depends on the new firmware..sometimes it non-wipe but sometimes it come with wipe.
using Kies or OTA wont wipe anything.
