If you dont have many apps..i suggest you do factory reset to clear all those nagging problems.
Or you can try go to your APN setting..delete/remove everything then ask your telcos for new setting and set it as default.

If you already have CWM then inside MOP..clear your recovery section. This will avoid it overwritten with stock recovery when you flashing the stock firmware.

Oo..that was bad. Try do a factory reset and see if the problems recurring.. If still happen again..sent the phone to service centre

Yes..i'm afraid you'll lose all your games data if your phone still on stock rom. Btw..do you have any crack/pirate games apps. If you have..try un-install such apps first and see if the problems stop. Many cases of crack apps make your phone freezing and restarting.

I dont think CF-Root comes with CWM..
You should clear your Recovery section when flashing the new firmware if you want to maintain you custom CWM

You need to root first. Only then you can swap your internal storage to become external storage.

I dont think you can receive OTA or use Kies unless you're on stock kernel/rom and without any custom CWM.
