Not saying this prop is not good. Just some concern before deciding to take up a unit or not. You sound very supportive on VINA. mind to share ur opinion? I had missed casa green so don't think wan to miss another one.

Went there last saturday. There were about 8 units of 1200 sqft still available. All low floor facing the flat.

Still got plenty of dual key units.

Yeah, making me think twice as well. I heard that Cascades, Oasis and 16 quartz is OK. Didn't expect C180 to be this bad.
*
Mitraland is ok wan la. Bought a unit in C180 and I didn't even need to fill up the defects form. Honest.

It's like a super hot chick, damn hot but got a pimple on the face. Ditch her becos of the pimple issit? hehe

Look see look see only. I'm ok with the design but don't like the surroundings.

Need some opinions. If decided to buy VINA, should I take
1. Low floor with balcony facing pool to enjoy VINA's facilities
2. High Floor to have better view?
*
for short-term own use/investment or long-term own use?

Either short term stay if plan to move later or might be stay for long term if the overall VINA condition is good..
*
agree with the other comments - mid to high floor; usually sells faster and for a better price.

but if long-term own stay and with kids, low floor pool view may be preferred. can keep an eye on your kids from the condo balcony 😃😃

their marketing team not savvy - dunno how to market the dual key unit. in the first place, shouldn't have called it a dual key unit! smile.gif
