I think prices of radiant star ruby will DROP. After all they say is AS boost on WEAPON only.
Most people have 1 slot on their weapon and i don't think they gonna pass up 100% CHD for AS. Classes that probably won't do it: - Witch Doctor - Windforce DH Classes that probably will do it: - Chantodo Wiz - Skorn Barb - Skorn Monk |

i think high cc player still prefer emerald for sure..but now many have high cc and high as as well..
