Anyone can give feedback regarding which 1 to choose? Since my 18' Michelin PS3 around 20-30% cry.gif cry.gif ... Asked the pricing for the size of 225/40R18 ald;-

Michelin PS3 - $880 /pc
Yoko AD08 - $980 /pc
BStone RE002 - $ 990 /pc

Actually wanna settle for Toyo T1-R but toyo seems to have QC problem with it's sidewall..... RE001 used b4 and damn satisfied with the grip, never tried advan ad07 or ad08 b4.... PS3 okay for normal usage, but since the the pricing is quite similar so consider the other 2 options. Thanks

For the kind of prices that you can get in KL, its worthwhile to drive from Melaka.

if you think RE002 is grippy the AD08 is way more stick to the road.

very clever rclxms.gif
RE002 and PS3 is not even in AD08 class.
My track kaki friends all got better lap when running on AD08 in Sepang.

exactly, many thinks that PS3 is replacement for PS2 doh.gif but actually it's replacement of Pilot Preceda. Replacement for PS2 is Pilot Super Sport. PS3 normal tires only.

based on ppl that used Re001 and re002, their feedback is that RE002 is improved on all aspect compared to RE001. I know AD07 and AD08 is GODLIKE on dry.... just that can't decide to fully commit on AD08 which inferior to RE002 on wet conditions. But on dry, AD08 eats RE002 for breakfast, lunch and dinrar... laugh.gif laugh.gif

Actually PS3 is okay la, not bad overall. biggrin.gif Just dun understand why tire shops around area quoted me so high for PS3 225/40R18, i went to atleast 3-4 different shops and the pricing is around 800-900. mad.gif

Anyhow, I will still use PS3 for my other cars... I likey the AD08 and RE002 for it's aggressive thread..... dayummm

GT Radial Champiro HPY. Best bang for the buck. Michelin is made in the same GT Radial factory in Indon & Michelin actually owns 30% stake of the company.

Was quite skeptical until tested it on my ride.

considered good year eagle f1 as 2?

since you're willing to spend on tires and want both dry/wet grip

Thanks for all who gave me valuable inputs... just ordered 2pcs of yoko AD08 for my rear and will transfer my RE001 to front. Once RE001 botak, maybe buy PS3 or S-Drive for it's low aquaplanning qualities. :-)

On the sidenote, (the AD08 thread is damn aggressive and much nicer once fitted)

Will post pics once i taken the tires, dun wanna be branded as TALK C*CK SING SONG

i don't think s drive is really good on wet grip/aquaplaning resistance. (+ noisy after some time of usage)

consider the ps3 then smile.gif
