Dont mastery got reset every week?

so everyone have chance to get it mastered

So usually try to get the most damage to enemies je, hehe

just reach tier 6 using KV-1S, and its really frustating when u up against tier 7 and 8, using stock cannon somemore@@

KV-1S got a OP gun (of course not stock gun) but long load time.

In a Tier 6 match, yes, it has an OP gun, but when you go into a Tier 7 and up against a T29, gamestyle slightly changes

Be patient and go for 122 gun, you won't regret it.

VK easiest. Just get the konish and I'm ready to pwn everyone. Heck that gun is amazing, good ROF and pene, plus with dunno what skill edi, keep doing module damage and setting ppl on fire. I can even circle troll KV-1S if they dunno how to aim lol.

Let's say if my crew has learned some skill, then if I transfer to another tank will they lost the skills?

will have, but will be penalized from one tank to another, and heavily penalized from one type (eg HT to TD) to another as well (unless you opt for the gold route)
and some crews might act as more than one skillset (eg commander might also be gunner). so if that is the case, if your commander was equipped with gunner skills and transferred into new tank which have gunner position, your commander's skill of gunner will be muted.

What if I move my crew from KV-1 into IS with same position (eg gunner to gunner) which is also heavy tank the skill will also lost? The skills I mean is those skill can be learn after reach 100% such as Sixth Sense.

Say, your primary percentage of commander of KV-1S was 100% and your Sixth Sense was also 100%, when transferring, since both of KV-1S and IS are HT, so without using any credits/golds:

Commander 100% Sixth Sense 100% in KV-1S
will be
Commander 80% Sixth Sense 100% in IS

Since your Sixth Sense perk is already 100%, the perk will be active as usual, but you have to retrain your Commander in IS from 80% to 100% for him to attain a new skill/perk.

Unless you used gold...200 gold then your crew to neext tank will still rrmain 100%
