Off topic, guys no matter how good your case is, when you have friends like mine who attempts to open up your cases just to see the back of the iPhone 5 leaves me speechless.. Come on la. Want to see you see lar kan don't open up the cases la.. Aduii.. Better get cases like Element case next time. Cannot remove.
And f*ck Switch Kota Kinabalu (Switch.com.my). And they call themselves Apple Premium Reseller. Their staffs can't even apply a Screen protector properly. Anyone knows any where in KL/KK that provides good workmanship in applying Screen protector? (as in no bubbles and handle your new iPhone with care) It's so hard to find the good ones these days. And I hate those people that tries to take out the bubble using their long nails, and use force to remove the bubble la etc. Hey man, there's a way to do it properly.

Premium resellers does not mean premium service. Not their phone thats y they simply handle and stick. There are so many youtube videos showing how to self apply the SP so why not give it a try? Alot of ppl are self sticking their SP also =) Anyways the normal SP are quite forgiving allowing u to readjust and align many times =)
That is a very nice leather case for iphone =) but for me it compromises too much protection for the nice looks and thinness. The side are all exposed which will have a very very high chance of it getting scratched.
Dropped my iphone on concrete floor this morning from shoulder level. Somore before hitting the ground it bounced off a steel rack. I taught my phone gone already, lucky my glastr save my screen. Iphone perfect no scratches and screen no crack, the casing and glastr took all the hits and sratches

So you took the glass out can still stick back ? Or completely cannot ? Anyone used SWITCH Malaysia screen protector before ? they are priced at 49 each for crystal and anti glare, or other screen protector to recommend ?
Take out the glass cant stick back. Sure take out the glass if not will look ugly and also scare the crack will scratch the screen if use too long with the crack and chips.

I would love to get one for my next iPhone. I saw iLoome Screenmate on youtube, which has almost identical properties at the Glas.Tr, tempered glass etc. but it's slimmer than the Glas.Tr by a few mm.
And one more question, does it scratch easily?
If you really break the Glas.Tr *Touchwood*, will it really protect the original screen? Won't it penetrate into the screen and cause some scratches while removing the broken glass? Need to check out some Youtube videos later probably.
The glastr is 0.4mm thick and also heavier compared to the normal sp. The glastr is good in resisting scratches, but is does not mean it cant get scratched. Yes the glastr will protect ur screen. The glastr will not shatter, it will just crack as there is a film on the adhesive side. I droped my iphone faced down before. The glastr cracked but my screen no scratch at all
For those who are using those slim flat bumper (you know, those frame type which covers the side but do not have raised edges), do you think this will provide enough protection against drops?
Will the screen still shattered if drop from a reasonable height?
It will definitely not protect ur phone from drops, at least if u drop ur phone screen first. Get a case with at least some raised edges or be extra careful with ur phone.
I am in dilemma to get OtterBox Defender or the LifeProof Pre for my iphone 5.
I want OtterBox Defender because it comes with the belt clip. But it does not protect the iphone 5 from water.
I want LifeProof Pre because it can protect my iphone 5 from water, dust and accidentally dropping to the floor. But it does not come with the belt clip.
So, any suggestion here. Price is cheaper for OtterBox Defender !!!
Recommend to me which one should I get.
