In my case, Indian CS is more friendly to me. tongue.gif They give me few times of free shipping (since I often use priority shipping, so free the priority shipping) as a way to compensate for my complaints. thumbup.gif

I hv to agree wif u abt de Indian CS - althou' sumtimes l cant tell if they are Indian or not .. l mean sum indians do use Christian names..
How do u tell ? By the time they reply?? Wat time is Indian n wat times are US??

Yes, by the time they emailed me, usually is afternoon (our local time). At that time most of the American still sleeping... laugh.gif

sharing my experience about amazon cs: i rarely use chat function, unless really necessary & urgent... email too is fast! so far, they never fail to reply me longer than 24 hrs!

if my parcels are late or mia, i don't complain too harshly to them. i usually use reverse psychology - praise them first for other things then only mention your issue... also mention this rarely happen until now when this happens to you (but you can't use this if your last complain was too recent la hehe...)

if you chose standard shipping method, you can direct you question to the disadvantage of using standard shipping; you tell them you don't mind waiting a bit longer but you are in the dark because you won't know whether your parcel is missing or not since the shipping method that you chose did not provide tracking options... or something close like that... tongue.gif

Today got lightning deals of boxing sales from AMZ UK
I just found that AMZ US have increased their shipping fee mad.gif
However, AMZ UK still my primary choice notworthy.gif

ok, here's something new from amazon customer service regarding my recently BF order that i want to share with you guys. one of my 3 parcels did not arrive (as of writing this post) since 19th december which was its estimated delivery date. i wrote to amazon yesterday and within few hours they replied and offer me a preference whether i want a full refund on the missing parcel (that's about USD$33!) or a replacement order.

i replied and i chose a refund and within minutes of my email, the refund has been processed in my account! and on top of that, they even offer me a one-time exception if i still want to place order on those items where they will pay for its shipping fee.... now how's that for an exceptional standard customer service, huh...!! rclxms.gif thumbup.gif
