Yeap, basically don't argue with them and just act innocent.
Try to use email only, they will usually reply with standard format answer, just like copy and paste.
Try to deal with them during 9am to 12pm our local time, during this period, your question usually answer by CS from India not US. CS from US is usually not too kind and more strictly apply the rules. Indian CS is very friendly on the other hand.
