funny thing is, the last parcel that was despatched from amazon and estimated to arrive 2 days before xmas has already arrived earlier tdy!! biggrin.gif this festive season everything goes topsy-turvy in international postage delivery...

later tonight i'll hv a chat with customer service, see if can get early xmas present... tongue.gif

This is 2nd time in this year, priority shipping parcel also missing. Last time, the missing disc did appeared in this end but about 1 week late. I don't know is DHL's fault or Amazon's. sweat.gif

Singapore DHL so good compare to Malaysia...
DHL Singapore can choose what timing slot for delivery thumbup.gif

anyway, DHL Malaysia also not bad when delivering Apple product.. they delivery on 8.30pm and call me beforehand icon_rolleyes.gif

Actually is all happened in US. Both instances, the shipment only shown "shipment information received" then, no further news. You will know this parcel is missing if it stay like this for 2 days after all, this is priority shipping. Usually I will wait until 1 to 2 days before estimated delivery date, then just right love letter to Amazon CS, they response is fast one, will ask you want refund or replace. laugh.gif

The problem, I believe, is DHL staff omitted to scan that missing parcel's information into they system or totally forget to pick up that parcel. whistling.gif

True. A lot of my parcel no further information updated on the tracking, but suddenly arrived safely. thumbup.gif

Not only US side, happen in MY DHL also.. suddenly 6pm with delivery courier, 7pm call me.. laugh.gif

I complained twice already that my parcel is late about 10 days . How come they dint offer me replacement or refund -.- another order also due today . Both CS asked me to wait next month vmad.gif Can teach me how you write your love letter ? biggrin.gif

Basically,

Just like tat.. no pt to argue wif them.. I have only one instance in me having a rather bad experience wif a CS staff abt price difference and in the end , l still had to pay for de higher price cos he/she wouldnt budge after 4 emails..
Abt late arrivals - I tink l hv only one instance where de pckg literally went missing [ statistically , l tink less than .01% of all my online purchases - Courier Pckgs not withstanding..] most of the time , itll eventually crop up [sumtimes 3 mths ltr..]

I used the chat function and acted quite innocent too . Lol
the cs said " i am sorry to hear that and theres nothin i could do now but i assure you that the package is on its way" she said must wait around 1 month after estimation delivery date then only proceed to replacement or refund .

Yeap, basically don't argue with them and just act innocent.

Try to use email only, they will usually reply with standard format answer, just like copy and paste.

Try to deal with them during 9am to 12pm our local time, during this period, your question usually answer by CS from India not US. CS from US is usually not too kind and more strictly apply the rules. Indian CS is very friendly on the other hand. laugh.gif

I am on the opposite way. when I deal with Indian CS, they would not budge and stick to SOP, while US CS will try to give me perks whistling.gif

you can choose cc conversion rate instead of Amazon rate..
it is entirely up to u, so choose the rate that benefit you..
