Just a simple question, anyone here experienced shopping at chic outlet and claimed for the enrich miles after shopping? I did some spending but the miles are yet to credit into my account after months. I wonder if it really take so long?

It got credited to my Enrich usually within 2-4 weeks, I guess they only submitted to Enrich once a month..
If most seats already occupied and the others already chose their desired seats, the staff cannot do anything without passengers consent. What u can do nicely ask that person to swap "suka sama suka".


I was on MH02 yesterday, delayed almost 2.5 hours waiting another connecting flight passengers from Aussie and the journey took 15H to reach London due to strong headwind and longer alternate route.

Seem many flight got delayed during this raining season.

Our KUL-LHR on MH's A380 was delayed for 11 hours in February, from 11:45PM till the next day. Compensation? Ziltch.

Because what I can see as below miles have earned :

KUL --> HAN = 1111 Miles (April 2015)
KUL --> HKG = 396 Miles (Dec 2015)

No idea why fly to HKG is much lower miles than HAN, is it because miles earn from us have already cut?

Travel period, 1 jan to 31 march and not all 50%. It's 50, 40 and 25 depends on dep and arr port

Hmm... Just checked and is it flew with Class O for my HK trip

I think it is different class for my Hanoi trip

But how do I know which class is under for my trip ? Is it based on the price of it ?? Since price for HK trip is under promotion tickets while Hanoi trip is normal rate, price for both trips are almost the same RM7xx.xx

MH already uses B738 for KUL-TPE which is 4h40m vs KUL-CAN 4h5m
