In my old vios, i have removed the BM horn and has installed 4300K HID. My PC will arrived anytime soon this week or next week, and i will bring to my friend shop for tint and see can install the BM horn or not...

For HID, i have read some forum in USA, that they have installed HID on their PC no problem at all..but need to buy a standard plug and play type.....latter planning to install TRD bodykit on PC with day running light...

I personally hate HID so much because those lights always hurt my eyes, especially while driving on highway at night.

Those HID hurt your eyes bcos the lamp is not designed for HID. Prius c projector lamp is suitable for HID and works very well. For those who travel at night most of the time, HID is definitely a merit. Ofcos, 4100~4300K is road safety standard. I was thinking of HID but finally decided to upgrade the bulbs to Night Breaker Plus which has increase the intensity of light on the road; suitable for me. The reason is good HID set cost more than thousand and China made is cheap but spoil easily. If you are travel long distance and the HID fail you, what will happen? This is what my friend experience. Anyway, it is personal preference.

agree... the importer or dealer of the car need to apply for VTA(vehicle type approva) with JPJ and usually those car already comply with UNECE regulation so it will be approve...

not sure if u can go apply personally.. from my knowledge. it is not allowable.

u installed?

Want to have it but dare not to installed, after all scared it may burn ECU =X. Remember in one for the TW forum, where one guy change light bulb and ECU gone.... Also, refer to your manual; there is a clause where mention tempered wiring will void warranty. If PnP, the should be no issue.

Replying the service part. Think toyota UMW just want more money so ask u service every 5k km.

In USA. they service every 10k mile. haha.. so figures.

Want to change fully synthetic but Toyota one is not good enough.. 5 - 30W.

After warranty end of after one year. Think i will self service like beck ken and use back mobil 1 fully synthetic. My old car use it and 10 years totally no problem.

I believe in Mobil 1 more than toyota oil. ^^ just my 2 sen.

Anyone know when our battery will ko for the small battery ?

Scared can't start engine once the battery died. as no indicator in the car.

Battery is underneath the rear seat; on the driver side.

correct

FYI, according to the wiring, hybrid batt & normal battery is somehow connected to each other indirectly...

Is the battery small or normal standard size as car battery?? i wonder how can it fit under the seat?? what is the use of the car battery if we have the hybrid battery?

can we change the battery outside rather than at Toyota since it is command?
