Price, leasehold, entrance/exit point, design are problems.

Price too expensive some more every floor up 5k (too greedy)
Leasehold compared to others mostly freehold
Entrance at the side jam area while in and out
Design of the bathroom tiles and kitchen too small problem
Facing mid valley is actually faving zink roof, small units facing pisang goreng stall, facing main road go jam traffice, only facing pearl point ok ok even those shoppers and stall person can look into ur windows as too close to pearl 1

I just dun see any strong point on this pearl suria...

RomaNce boss,

it ll be definitely sapu-ed and absorbed into market as long as there's rebate/DIBS/low down-payment/furnishing...........

personally think these rebate/DIBS/low down-payment are the important factors developers should not be neglected about nowadays...........

then, it will only come to return i.e. rental demand/capital appreciation to be evaluated by market..........

that's the market trend in any new devs????!!! kekek............m2c...........

After monitored about two weeks, seems like this property is still very low demanding.

I heard opposite Scott Garden are going to sell 400+ psf, anyone has more information?

Is very true...agreed. But those buy because of the rebate, dibs and low downpayment might suffer once the building constructed.....very pity.

So far any updates from this project?

Was told by SA, almost 50% booked and 700+ sf fully booked too, average RM550 psf. Quite on the high side when come to launching price for this development + developer.

No worth to buy... high dense and foresee car park is not enough...
1 floor more than 20 units with 3/4 lift... somemore lease hold... Damn....

A coll. of mine called yesterday. Left units starting from RM600K only.
I'm personally staying at Pearl Point Condo, window facing the construction site of Pearl Suria. So everyday can monitor their progress. They work day & night, so it's very very noisy.

Management Aikbee Timbers Sdn. Bhd.

Management so-so only, last time closed the passage between PP Condo & PP Shopping Mall, we have to walk outside. Not the best way during raining season or at night.

But other than that, everything else is OK to me. Securities are quite friendly, even knock on my door early 6.30am to inform me that he found my car's tyre punctured in my parking lot.
