the smallest units have been finished booked...smallest units left bumi lots...
location is nice but price on the high side...
leasehold, 0.25sen maintenance psf and commercial title...

7xx sqf selling for rm4xx, xxx... cant remember the exact amount...
too many layouts to remember...

my friend enquire a corner unit, 11xx sqf, selling for 717,xxx before discount...5% discount for early birds...

Wahh, the price is seriously quite steep ... close to RM 600 psf after discount ... but no doubt the location is strategic ...

7 early 8 early know liao but after knowing the rice of 600psf run fast fast, first they are china style and very very kedekut developer. I doubt abotu the management later. The owner of the land is pearl point thememself i think they are the developer as well. will go have a look at the office sometime next week. location is super good lo
