the smallest units have been finished booked...smallest units left bumi lots... location is nice but price on the high side... leasehold, 0.25sen maintenance psf and commercial title... |

7 early 8 early know liao but after knowing the rice of 600psf run fast fast, first they are china style and very very kedekut developer. I doubt abotu the management later. The owner of the land is pearl point thememself i think they are the developer as well. will go have a look at the office sometime next week. location is super good lo
