Now I think not much people will buy for investment, only possible to buy for own stay.

Very interesting , commi title or residential title ? Around P/Suria left got old G Mart , right got old furniture shop n the land behind heard already bought by the P/Suria developer if going to develop must be after the P/Suria -three years .front n back no more empty land .

To be specific, that is not really along old klang road. is quite inside.

What i try to say is brand new and really along OKR.

Monorail ? that one in KL city one ? can work as the cabin is so small ?
or you mean MRT or LRT ?
Is that too much rumors now as we already have MRT 2 and LRT 3 which don't know when actually take off... not to mention when can be completed.

Looks like this project is not as hot as others like seputeh.
