Since this is a web event, I think you can participate from anywhere
 just that you need to pay the shipping cost if you won the prices There should be some judging criteria that is web friendly but I don't think we can nail that down right now so we just get the event started and work on the details later... the main objective is for the fun of modelling and not the prices As for the event... I would suggest to keep it simple like "China PlaMo Group Build". Cheers, |
