That Alteisen looks really great! Can you take pictures beside a MG gundam for height comparison?

QUOTE(yhzell @ Jan 1 2013, 02:51 PM) Well, this is about parts that cracked due to paint and air brushing. Sloppy masking got nothing to do with it. In fact, if you are painting camo by overlapping layer of paint after layer, u will get the same result like "sloppy masking" as you claimed. I would recommend using acrylic paints instead of enamel and lacquer. Never experienced any cracking when painting china kits with acrylic. As for the masking, did you use low-tac tape like Tamiya or Mr. Hobby brand? It seems like the masking tape was taken off either too early or too late. Here's a pic of my unicorn painted with airbrush acrylic, with some shading and masking for parts color separation:» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

nice EX-S @limfreelance ! noticed the shoulders... did you use the conversion kit or modify it yourself? I plan on opening up the shoulders myself similar to G-Systems EXs.

how about the following?
"RepliCom 2013" (replica-competition) "Bootleg Battle" "GBWC" (gunpla Bootleg world cup - since the kits are copied, i thought the competition name could be too haha) |

might I suggest we limit the event to 1 entry per category for each participant? That way we focus more on build quality rather than just have more entries.

just another suggestion: as this is going to be a group "build", In my opinion all entries must be built within the time frame specified, so previously built kits cannot qualify, and everyone builds a new model specifically for the event. Just my thoughts

I don't mind if the fitment is as crappy as before, if the price is low enough, but it would be better if they improved their quality like Daban

QUOTE(HxiiiK @ Feb 20 2013, 11:40 AM) can ask for money back? it say for perfectionists.. so it must be nothing short of PERFECT! well at least no sprues means no risk of ugly sprue marks! If this turns out good then it will be the best kshatriya kit in the market next to overpriced G Systems. This post has been edited by pawces: Feb 20 2013, 02:23 PM |
