For bootleg, which brand is preferable and which to avoid? TQ

Most preferable would be Daban. after that tthongli, dragon momoko, gogo, mcmodel, jargon.

brand u must avoid is ghd.

Yeah. but if got some syiok place, that one is quite worth-ed to try. Like I had 1/144 Meteor GHD for RM60 only.
And GHD PG Strike for RM160.

i could not imagine doing GHD's PG. even the NG driving me crazy.

Momoko will be the second or 1st. if they release more product. I think it's easy if they want to make the different as their hg age. by release MG gundam from NG Gundam (ex: MG Hail Buster form MG Buster + NG Hail Buster).

I wanna make a PG strike from GHD brand. I dunt care about plastic surface, because will paint and re-detail it, just pray many many surface layer to make platic surface smooth and harder. But i care about the inner frame, will the Strike stand easily on land? or he will crashed easily.

I build 2-3 MG kits from GHD. it's bad. but i hope PG is better because of bigger form.

Thanks for the all the reply. Been doing some research online, seems like the quality also varies between models in the same brands...

It obviously the same as the MG that you built.
He can even stand on its own feet. Need a lot of modification then only it will stand. Not trimming, but MODIFICATION. Means need to take more than snap fit la.
And 1 more, the plastic so fragile it can easily snap (especially small part and thin part).
I broke my v-fin just by touching it.
So my advise is, if you got time + skills + determination + patience strong enough, then u can try la. Its actually worth la if u consider we buying RM160 from RM450 ori PG price. U got what u pay la. hehehe

GHD PG after build...become statue.

I recalled someone is building a GHD Meteor right? Where is the progress, half way give up and scrap liao?? Really interested to know the outcome ler.....

That's me. I'm just super busy now with me being in the final year of school. Only a couple more months before I can get back to building it. It's actually fully built. I just need to build the Freedom and panel line to finish it off.

And I also have the GHD PG Strike + Skygrasper which will be built soon as well!
