I think Hi-Nu Evo is a bootleg, spam some of my WIP pic. A lot of the parts are being repairing at the moment. One thing about bootleg kit, plastic quality are not good for airbrushing. Will crack and damage. Pic as attached. C & C welcome. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

most of us in here use spraycan, even dangerous effect can occur from airbrush... yet, we didn't encounter this problem...

I have used spray can before, for good quality paint better air brush. And you can shade your kit with airbrush too. I dont have any problem airbrushing Ba**ai kit even after 12 layer of paint, start from priming if it counts.

i think you have done a sloppy job on the masking bro. other then that, i dont see any prob on the kit.
Hi Nu EVo is actually a third party kit, as Bandai still not released a design similar to this. so its certainly not a bootleg |

Well, this is about parts that cracked due to paint and air brushing. Sloppy masking got nothing to do with it. In fact, if you are painting camo by overlapping layer of paint after layer, u will get the same result like "sloppy masking" as you claimed.

it depends on what kind of paints you are using.. 3rd party products always use more brittle plastic, so using industrial paint may destroy the parts
