Colour is no different, fine for me. Maybe is the lighting make the white part look a bit grayish.

i think her body color is ok, maybe her hair is a bit too dark

I did a custom winter Haruhi and summertime Yuki. The torso swap was really hard, and after I snapped one shoulder joint, I decided not to risk it and just paint the ball joints.
