lol.. pls dun push urself too hard. start off with something light such as brisk walking. Walking up slopes will definitely help. try to get some friends along to start with you or you will loose motivation very fast. Or just get out with us and take it as a start

Which ridge? The one on the way to the dam, there's one trail, but I haven't tried it. Some of my friends tried it and it goes all the way up and down the durian farm area. More like jungle walking though.

It's always raining nowadays especially in the evening. Muddy paths and slippery rocks makes climbing and hiking much tougher.

I will be going up this Saturday... maybe around 5 of us + my bro's gang = 10 I guessed. Mixture of guys and gals. Well, my group will consist of few photographers. Meeting around 7am. See anyone's interested. Or I'll just post some photos when I'm back

still building stamina, climbing bukit keledang now take 1 hour only so not much.

Today's climb took my and 2 more people 4 hours
not bad for 2 of them, who were first time experiencing this climb

Today anyone from LYN climb the hill? i seen few groups with my gf and my fren aka rukawa's youngest bro there and we took 4 hour to complete the course...half tired now..

hi everyone~ great to see this thread still active i will be joining u guys again soon. i just came back from Mount KK and managed to loose some weight. so i want to keep up the momentum

make sure u guys go after some rain days....u go up u can see the mist covered the places....river of heaven...

early morning also not bad. a lot of mist. but must hike up around 6.30 am though~

Any group going up this Saturday Feb 3rd?
