I got bee stung on the way down too. Is there a way to deter the bees? Are insect repellants effective against the bees?
It's been a year since my last climb. Thinking of going up again soon.

QUOTE(juichuan @ Jun 18 2006, 08:51 AM) same way down would be tougher. GWS juichuan rukawa> organize a trip? i am still recovering from my injured back.. Now we can't go until jc recovers, or we'll be like a chicken without a head, or a flock of sheep without a sheperd. Ok, same way down could be very tough, but I just hate going through the orchard way. |

It's always raining nowadays especially in the evening. Muddy paths and slippery rocks makes climbing and hiking much tougher.

For this tabur, usually we go up from the dam gate and hike up donno how many hills, and then somewhere near the highest peak, we go down a little torturing trail down the fruits orchard and then back to dam gate, right?
If we don't turn down to the orchard, and continue climbing the next hill, does anyone know how far more can we go? How much further does the trail go and where will we end up if we continue on? |

Those babis was blocking my car leaving me and my partner so scared that we were contemplating to give up char siew for the rest of our lives.... Why you never chase them away? Does the babi hutan belong to the orang asli there? |
