Anybody have experience claiming warranty from celcom? Power button is less responsive these few weeks, changed back to a casing which doesn't cover up the power button.

Will observe for a while more before deciding to claim warranty. For those who claimed before how long does it usually take?

Received a call from a 03 number yesterday evening. Guy claimed he is a celcom staff and wanted to do a survey on how satisfied am I with celcom. Weird thing is he called my wife's sub line.

Told him straight to the point that their customer careline 1111 staff are useless. I called asking regarding my iphone 5 repair status and the answer given was they don't know and there is no way that they can know. Asked for pavilion blue cube phone number as I sent my phone there, was told that they are not allowed to disclose their phone number. Dafuq?!!

My friend sent his i5 bought from apple store to Machines Midvalley, 2nd day after he sent, got a call from them telling that he'll be give a replacement phone in within 5-7 days. Now that's what I call service. FYI we both have the same power button problem.

Now when celcom will start serving to the non VIP customers?

Celcom just called me today to collect my replacement phone. Sent it on 7th sept. That's like 6 working days only, can't complain much =D

Those that have problem with celcom, don't waste time calling 1111, those ppl know nothing, instead u can lodge a report on their FB customer service, reply is fast and they will get things done.

I claimed mine in Pavilion bluecube. Took abt 7 working days only, compared to the quoted 14 working days it's really fast.

Yes mpro data package does support LTE, just that u've to change to a LTE supported simcard and be in the LTE coverage area.

Nope, only in Bluecube Iconic Sunway Pyramid or Menara Celcom.

U can walk in to any blue cube centres, preferably in Pavilion or Sunway Pyramid, but I doubt they are still selling it.

Anyone having issues with crlcom data services? I've just got my replacement iphone 5 somewhere mid september but lately especially this 2 weeks i've been having data issues. The 3G or E icon will go missing suddenly and then come back after a while. Tried rebooting my phone, reseting network settings still the same. So now wondering it's phone problem or network problem? I still have warranty till december so better claim warranty again if got problem..

Problem is it's happening almost daily and getting more & more frequent. I just lodged a report on Celcom CS FB hoping they will do something about it. I never had issues with celcom coverage before and this is really frustrating when I'm on the move and need the data connection.

Weird thing is my wife who is using iphone 4 on celcom too has no issues at all with data connection. That's why I'm wondering whether it's my phone or connection.

Don't think it's your problem. Facing the same issue as you. Have already reported to celcom and given a case ID but as usual I think nothing will be done. So don't worry it's not your phone problem.

To activate we have to go to blue cube in sunway pramid? or can call 1111? or have to get the LTE sms?

Looks like celcom updated their LTE coverage. Myfren reported in butterworth he manage to get LTE but justfor a while. checked their site coverage is extended to Seremban ady. And weird thing is my friend did not get his sim card changed nor activate the LTE service.

All malaysian iphones are unlocked irrespective of telcos. So yep u can use the 5C with the digi line

Think celcom will definitely give u the nano sim as u're getting the 5C from them. Just get an adapter as decavalera as mentioned less than RM10 only, but then again, no harm asking them for a normal sim.

All celcom branches are out of stock especially the gold ones. I asked celcom customer service center on their FB page and when asked to reserve, they replied no idea when is the official date they replenish their stock. I just don't get it, apple store will ship the next day but they have been low on stock for the past few months.

Why not get from apple store or machines? Im actually buying it as a present for my wife but looks like I'll wait for the i6 also.

Call 1111 or go to their FB page, can lodge complain through the FB app.

For celcom it is 4G instead of LTE. Maxis ->LTE

Are u within the 4G coverage area?
