My iphone 5s bought via Celocm got the blue screen yesterday after updating to IOS 8 last month. I tried to do recovery using itune but failed.

Where do I send for warranty repair?

obviously you have to sent it back to Celcom. Apple Authorised Service Centre won't entertain any telco set.

if u search my post before, i also encounter blue screen.. i also try update or recovery, it wont help me.. when it happened, my iphone its only 2 weeks.. i sent it to blue cube then they replace with the new set.. they did sent it to Apple Singapore.. for me, i encounter blue screen after i installed Apple Free Apps i.e. iWork, iPages, iKeynote, iMovie.. i suggest u send it to blue cube.. nothing much can help..

Hey guys..need your help on this one. I have a problem in getting internet activation for my iphone 5s. I'm using celcom. I've received a message from the telco saying that my data plan has been activated but when i check, all i have is a 3g symbol with no internet access. I've tried to reset my network setting but to no avail. Help?

Erm, I think better you check your APN. Sometimes it happen to some users.

Thanks for the reply. Anyway,what is it with APN? I mean on my phone it's stated as Celcom 3g as the APN. The username and the psswrd part blank blank. Hmm. Could that be the problem all this while?

Hey guys, last week for the first time ever since i use celcom iphone 4s under package celcom special biz pi98 i received a msg from celcom saying that i have used up the 2gig data. The speed of 3g has then become slower than before. Have you guys experienced the same?

Before this, my connection never slowed down even though i used the 3g heavily, stream movies drama etc.

Is this something new that celcom is imposing ? Any advise on whether i should change my plan ? The contract for the phone is already over.

Hi, I am new to Celcom Plan - Pre or Post Paid. Currently am on UMI 38 Prepaid Plan. Using iP5s 64 gig Gold colored. Thinking of switching to Celcom to enjoy LTE speed. My SS2 area has no LTE coverage by UMobile. Which Plan is recommended? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Anyone could help ? Just port in to celcom and using it on my 6plus now. couldn't connect to lte and when i check the cellular data in settings there's only enable 4g but not enable lte... my gf celcom can get lte but my couldn't = = is it some carrier settings missing on my phone ?

For celcom it is 4G instead of LTE. Maxis ->LTE

Yep, this what I wanted to see, discussion from the user itself. I wonder for those opt for iphone 7 First Gold contract package for RM98/month. Does they have the privilege to be upgraded to FIRST GOLD PLUS of 40GB
