So, with Bell, I no longer need 7ss... that slot, I put back my old favorite "Blinding Flash - Faith in Light"... and to my surprise... godamn... it's more powerful than ever... then I check a little...

Before Blinding flash - 200k DPS... after Blind flash - 340k DPS!!! something is fishy here...

so guys, use it before it got 'patched'...

i oso recently found a rare monk shield . dono gooding or not

1050 armor
21% block
3706-4706 block amount

145 dex
34 cold res
78 all res
8% chnce to block
10% crit hit chnce

Btw cowithgun as per your above picture. i believe the buff is come from MOC(OW) + 48% (3SEC)

yes you lose the FoT:TC teleport and small AoE radius, but the fast charge from quickening synergize well into WoL:EW
Only down side of this is you get trapped in Jailer (GG when there are arcane/diss/plague around). with TC you can teleport-attack while holding shift to get out of it.

no lar. MOC will not increase paper DPS but will weaken mobs.

but i always like to use MOC after blinding flash for max burst damage! in the same screen shot:

before blinding flash, crit = 285k
after flash + moc, crit = 500k thumbup.gif

WoL crit 1m+ on DW, skorn even higher and no knockback.
If you want higher dmg, replace the rune of WoL to Wall of light
