so now it affects corporate maxis RM99 package as well on the capped 30GB? lol, was about to use RM200 rebate to purchase 3G modem. :/

I'm on the phone with maxis CS just now.. Complaining about my data usage for BIZ (Blackberry) 68 package...
Checked using *136*9*1 > it says i'm subscribed to BES 500MB ... and data now left 400MB... But my package is Unlimited 3GB (supposedly...) Cannot enter *136# alone... (service is no longer available) Cannot use *136*7*1*1# (mobile internet > check status)... cannot access.. So.. called them up... He still say i'm using Unlimited 3GB... NO CAPS whatsoever (as he claimed)... probably a glitch on the maxis side (he also say that maxis undergoes a lot of maintenance lately...) p/s: don't take from me 100%... i'm just saying what the CS told me |
