Sorry... i know my question don't really have to do with this Maxis plan... but this thread is active.. :3

Why my QPST can't detect my MF680 eh?
COM 5 (which normally show the modem), will show "No Phone"
Tried with USB cable, hub, direct.. all the same..
And if still continue in RF NV, some sort of error pop up (saying that there's no phone...)
I don't have problem before this :/

I'm trying to lower the TX (last I checked.. it's at 23 IINM)

i know..
Followed the step before this..
And managed to change the TX value a few times before... (Up from 23 > 26 > 27.. and down to 26... I guess)...

But starting yesterday.. I can't do this anymore... (QPST doesn't detect the modem anymore...)..
Just wanna know of anybody experienced this?

Ah... seems like QPST re-detected the modem after I uninstall and reintall the Connect Manager / driver :3...
I got panicked for no reason...

Tweak'd the TX before... but don't really see the improvement...

Well... I start experience bad conection (after 1am since last week)..
3/7 days perweek... maxis will down... (altho im not using the 'legacy' package one...)

I'm on the phone with maxis CS just now.. Complaining about my data usage for BIZ (Blackberry) 68 package...
Checked using *136*9*1 > it says i'm subscribed to BES 500MB ... and data now left 400MB...
But my package is Unlimited 3GB (supposedly...)
Cannot enter *136# alone... (service is no longer available)
Cannot use *136*7*1*1# (mobile internet > check status)... cannot access..

So.. called them up...
He still say i'm using Unlimited 3GB...
NO CAPS whatsoever (as he claimed)... probably a glitch on the maxis side (he also say that maxis undergoes a lot of maintenance lately...)

p/s: don't take from me 100%... i'm just saying what the CS told me tongue.gif
