yeah, the most accurate way is using IDM download speed

Maybe you can add iPhone 5 to compare.
I feel iphone 5 speed more stable than my sierra modem and no hot.
but price very expensive. I use iphone 5 speed can up to near 30mb.

maybe Huawei E353, E355  ? RM160 ? unless u willing to spend RM270 on E398..

Yup I fully understand that.

But when a unifi get clogged up by 10 persons streaming I don't think I can play anything. 

At least maxis gave me 70-100ms ping which is completely playable. 

Ping:
1) 380-420ms
2) 142-190ms
3) 249-286ms
4) 253-345ms
5) 404-566ms
6) 344-416ms

can anyone tell, force to 2100Mhz band got what benefit??

Crap.
Dual panel antenna doesn't work on my E398.
Dual panel, speed keeps deteriorating to 600kBps.
Plugged out one of them, speed shot up to 1.4MBps.
At first suspected my antenna port might be spoilt. After testing, no issues, both works like charm.
Only can plug in one antenna at one time. Or it works well without panel as well.

blacktubi, tried installing Mobile Partner on my Mac via new E398 firmware but FC everytime.. is the installer compatible with Mountain Lion OS?

Okay, cuz tried running the installer but it just closes everytime.. then tried manually show packages method and install, installer runs but fails at the end..

but E398 cannot use it with QXDM
